Junior Flutter Developer; Web & Desktop

Responsibilities

Imagine a tool that’s “10× more fun than Zoom or MSTeams,” featuring floating video bubbles, real‑time reactions, and emoji‑powered icebreakers
Build and maintain Flutter‑based web and desktop interfaces for Unping, ensuring seamless collaboration and user joy
Work with designers and back‑end developers to translate interaction concepts into fluid, delightful UI
Write clean, maintainable, and testable Dart code—with guidance and feedback from mentors
Participate in agile development practices: code reviews, pair programming, and iterative improvements
Contribute to UX enhancements like Float Mode, video bubbles, and interactive emoji reactions that make Unping playful and engaging
