Flutter Mobile Engineer (Digital Health)

Responsibilities:

• Lead the full mobile app lifecycle: architecture, development, testing, release, monitoring, maintenance
• Build and evolve cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter (Dart) for iOS and Android
• Integrate with backend APIs, AI/ML models, and third-party services
• Make architectural decisions around state management, data persistence, offline support, caching and modularisation
• Enhance CI/CD pipelines for mobile deployment

Skills:

• 3+ years in mobile development, with 3+ years in production Flutter apps
• (Desirable) Prior experience in health / regulated industries (data privacy, security, compliance)
• Strong mastery of Flutter / Dart, including widget lifecycle, rendering, layout, and performance
• (Desirable) Familiarity with backend systems (Node.js, GraphQL, REST, databases)
• Solid understanding of state management (Provider, Riverpod, BLoC, GetX, etc.)
• (Desirable) Experience scaling mobile teams, guiding architecture across multiple apps
• Experience designing modular, maintainable architecture, managing caching, persistence
• (Desirable) Familiarity with Google Firebase or similar mobile/web app development platforms
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated builds, and deployment to iOS / Android app stores
• (Desirable) Web development experience
• High ownership mindset, comfort working in a fast-paced, early-stage startup
