Senior Mobile Developer (Flutter)

Responsibilities

You’ll drive performance, security, and user experience while collaborating across teams and mentoring engineers to shape our mobile engineering future
Lead the design and implementation of cross-platform mobile apps using Flutter
Deliver polished, performant, and intuitive UI/UX across iOS and Android
Integrate blockchain wallet SDK features (transactions, staking, swaps) and backend services
Optimize startup time, memory, responsiveness, and reliability across devices and regions
Own the release process on the App Store and Google Play, including CI/CD automation
Drive code quality, automated testing, and mobile security best practices
Mentor engineers, set coding standards, and ensure alignment across teams

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience
5–10 years of professional mobile development experience, with 3+ years in Flutter at scale
Proven track record of building and releasing globally adopted apps (millions of users)
Deep knowledge of iOS and Android ecosystems, app lifecycle management, and store submissions
Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and app distribution
Expertise in performance tuning, security, and accessibility for mobile apps
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Nice to have: experience with blockchain, fintech, or financial apps
