Senior Flutter Engineer

Responsibilities

• Most of the time (depending on the size of the project), each project will be staffed with a Senior Engineer and two to three Engineers
• You solve complex problems with easy-to-understand solutions
• You actively lead scoping and estimating activities, working with all your peers and stakeholders to find a way to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget
• You actively participate in code reviews, taking this opportunity as a moment to mentor and coach the team
• You use your creativity and technical ability to make standard and process recommendations to the organization
• You actively lead code pairing sessions and mentor others to learn how to do so effectively

Skills

• You are a trusted and experienced software engineer
• You are capable of delivering high-quality and performant software solutions at scale and leading the most complex parts of project development
• At this level, you are considered a team/project leader that is highly trusted by your peers
• 4 to 7 years of professional experience working as a software engineer in a team environment
• Demonstrated passion for consulting
• Positive recommendations from your previous managers and teammates
• Proven proficiency with frontend technologies(like Flutter or React) and backend technologies (Firebase, AWS…)
• Strong understanding of software development at scale
