Android & Flutter Developer

Responsibilities

• Location: Remote, GMT+0 to GMT+4
• You will contribute to the full app lifecycle—from architecture and development to testing and release—across both Android and Flutter-based projects
• You will be part of our R&D team and collaborate closely with other developers, designers, and QA testers in an Agile environment

Skills

• 3+ years of experience in Flutter development (Dart) and building cross-platform apps
• 5+ years of experience in native Android development (Java & Kotlin)
• Strong UI and animation skills for both native Android and Flutter
• Experience with platform channels and native integrations in Flutter
• Deep understanding of Android SDK (permissions, services, background tasks, etc.)
• Experience with common Android libraries (Coroutines, Glide, Retrofit, OkHttp)
• Familiarity with legacy Android tools (RxJava, AsyncTasks, Views)
• Proficiency in Flutter ecosystem libraries (Provider, Riverpod, BLoC, etc.)
• Comfortable with Android Studio, git, Firebase, and performance profiling tools
• Experience with maintaining apps on Google Play (100,000+ downloads)
• Familiarity with Agile workflows (Kanban)
