Flutter Mobile Developer

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart
Build and integrate native iOS (Swift/Objective-C) and/or Android (Kotlin/Java) features when necessary
Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and business stakeholders to deliver user-centric solutions
Integrate mobile apps with backend systems using RESTful APIs
Optimize application performance, scalability, and responsiveness
Write and maintain unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and system reliability
Participate in code reviews, agile ceremonies, and sprint planning activities
Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins
Stay current with emerging mobile technologies and propose proof-of-concepts (POCs) for innovation
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues across platforms and environments

Must have at least 3+ years working with Flutter/Dart and hands-on experience with native development for iOS (Swift/Objective-C) and/or Android (Kotlin/Java)
Financial services experience Required
The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in Flutter/Dart, as well as native iOS or Android development, and have a strong understanding of mobile architecture and development best practices
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in mobile application development
Strong proficiency with Flutter and Dart
Hands-on experience with native mobile development for either iOS (Swift/Objective-C) or Android (Kotlin/Java)
Experience integrating mobile apps with backend services through RESTful APIs
Understanding of Flutter navigation, routing, and state management
Familiarity with unit testing, integration testing, and best practices in mobile CI/CD pipelines
Proficient with Git, Jira, Confluence, and Agile/Scrum methodologies
Strong knowledge of software design patterns, clean code principles, and app lifecycle management
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
