Frontend Engineer – Flutter / ReactJS - Associate

Responsibilities:

In this role, you will develop sleek, responsive web and mobile apps while collaborating with design, backend, and product teams to enhance user experiences
Build and maintain mobile apps with Flutter (iOS & Android)
Create fast, responsive web apps with ReactJS and modern JavaScript
Translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect, consistent UI across platforms
Integrate REST and GraphQL APIs with clean, modular code
Optimize performance for speed, scalability, and accessibility
Enhance UI with AI-driven features like personalization and dynamic content
Collaborate closely with designers and backend devs
Participate in code reviews and CI/CD workflows
Troubleshoot and fix frontend issues for smooth user experience

Degree in CS, Engineering, or equivalent experience
4+ years of experience in frontend development
Flutter (with Provider, Riverpod, or similar state management)
ReactJS (with Redux or Context API)
JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, responsive design
REST and GraphQL integration
Experience turning Figma (or similar) designs into live interfaces
Solid Git skills and understanding of Agile workflows
Must-have: Experience with AI features like chatbots, personalized content, or dynamic UI
Strong grasp of performance techniques (lazy loading, code splitting, caching)
