Flutter Lead Developer

Responsibilities

• The Flutter Lead Developer will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining mobile applications using the Flutter framework.
• This position involves collaborating with a backend developer and a UI designer to create high-performing applications that provide a smooth user experience.
• The developer will also oversee the testing efforts and ensure that the applications meet the specified requirements.
• Review software specifications and UI mockups.
• Develop a cross-browser mobile application from scratch or maintain existing applications.
• Lead the application testing effort alongside a QA Tester.
• Collaborate with a backend developer and UI designer to create high-performing applications.
• Conduct code reviews of team members' commits as part of the CI/CD cycle.
• Participate in testing, quality assurance, and bug fixes as part of the CI/CD cycle.

Skills

• 2 to 5 years of experience developing mobile apps natively in iOS and/or Android.
• 2 years of commercial experience developing and delivering Flutter-based apps.
• Good understanding of state management, Flutter flavors, and app architecture.
• Strong communication and consultative skills.
• Self-initiated and proactive.
• Experience in a remote software development environment.
