Lead Flutter Developer

Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced Flutter applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, UI/UX, and QA to deliver high-quality mobile applications.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to Flutter developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Oversee code quality, establish best practices, and enforce coding standards across the team.
Architect complex mobile solutions and ensure scalability, performance, and security of applications.
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and advancements in Flutter and mobile development.
Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes to align mobile development initiatives with business goals.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues that may arise during development.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in mobile app development, specifically in Flutter.
Strong proficiency in Dart and experience with native Android or iOS development.
Demonstrated experience in leading and managing a team of developers.
In-depth knowledge of mobile app architecture, design patterns, and development best practices.
Proficiency in integrating RESTful APIs, third-party libraries, and cloud services (e.g., Firebase).
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex technical challenges.
Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Experience with agile development methodologies.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g., Git).
Experience with performance optimization and security best practices.
