Flutter Engineer (Frontend + Backend)

We’re Sparkl, a startup reimagining how people book and manage cleanings. We’re looking for a Flutter Engineer to help bring our vision to life. You’ll work closely with the CEO and CTO to take our cross-platform mobile app from prototype to polished product, owning everything from clean UI to backend integrations.

Responsibilities

• You’ll work closely with the CEO and CTO to take our cross-platform mobile app from prototype to polished product, owning everything from clean UI to backend integrations
• Build and maintain our Flutter mobile app for iOS and Android
• Design and develop backend logic using Supabase or Firebase
• Create beautiful and functional UIs with a strong focus on user experience
• Optimize performance and reliability across devices
• Collaborate on product direction, UX, and technical architecture
• Help shape engineering culture and make key technical decisions

Skills

• 2 or more years of experience with Flutter and Dart
• Experience building and shipping mobile apps end to end
• Comfortable working with Supabase, Firebase, or similar backend services
• Strong product sense and attention to detail in UI and UX
• Startup mentality with the ability to move quickly and take ownership
