Responsibilities

This position involves hands-on technical design and building of Flutter applications across various platforms, with a focus on creating a world-class customer experience in the FinTech ecosystem
The role also includes leading and mentoring a global UI team, ensuring high-quality application development, and addressing complex application architecture challenges
Hands-on technical design and build of Flutter applications for iOS, Android, and Web
Create innovative applications for financial service offerings, collaborating with team members to define technical design and proof of concepts
Drive the creation of experiences that position BankingSuite as a leader in fintech
Lead and mentor the global BankingSuite UI team
Produce high-quality, error-free applications with technical consistency
Develop coherent technical design deliverables to solve complex application architecture problems
Adhere to software quality and efficiency measurement standards
Transform designs and wireframes into high-quality responsive UI code

In-depth knowledge of web technologies such as HTML/CSS/JS and ability to convert wireframes into high-fidelity UIs
Strong experience with version control systems (VCS) like Git and peer review tools such as Bitbucket
Experience working in Agile teams, specifically Scrum, and comfortable in distributed teams; familiarity with Jira for work management
Knowledge of integration patterns with REST APIs, including mocking approaches, failure handling, and caching strategies
Strong knowledge of testing approaches for mobile applications
Familiarity with CI/CD processes for publishing web and mobile applications
Experience with the Dart programming language or Flutter SDK
Familiarity with the Fastlane deployment tool
Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to technical audiences
Interest in various digital consumer interaction models, including web, mobile, and emerging HCI channels like Alexa
Passion for test-driven development, clean code, test automation, and continuous deployment
Experience in identifying and providing solutions for reducing technical debt across the stack
Previous experience in developing banking or financial services applications
