Flutter Developer

Responsibilities

Build and ship features for a high-traffic Flutter-based mobile application.
Collaborate cross-functionally with backend engineers, designers, and product managers.
Implement and uphold engineering best practices to ensure maintainability and scalability of the codebase.
Mentor and support junior engineers in their development and adoption of Flutter best practices.
Contribute to experiments and research efforts focused on user engagement and conversion optimization.

2+ years of hands-on experience with Flutter development.
4+ years of total experience in mobile app development (iOS/Android).
Strong grasp of engineering principles and software development best practices.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a proactive and collaborative mindset.
Passionate about building products that deliver real value to users.
