About Temeritee Corp

Temeritee is an AI contract software engineering firm. We build Flutter web and mobile apps for early‑stage startups and founder‑led companies, teams who care about shipping real software, not generating slides. Our clients hire us because we integrate like an in‑house team: we care about their product, we solve problems for their customers, and we ship code that works well.

The Role

This is a 16‑hours‑per-week, part‑time W‑2 position. We say that upfront as an upside of the role. The right candidate recognizes and values that they’ll have 24 other hours to spend as they’d like. If that’s you, keep reading.

As Senior Flutter Software Engineer, you are the technical anchor of our client projects. You write production Flutter code every day, set the engineering tone for the team, and serve as the primary technical voice with clients. There are no direct reports, though you will mentor a small group of experienced engineers through code review and collaboration.

What You’ll Do

  • Engineering: Design, develop, and maintain high‑quality, scalable Flutter web apps using Dart.
  • Build and integrate Firebase/GCP backends — Firestore, Auth, Cloud Functions, Remote Config.
  • Apply responsible agentic coding practices; you are fluent with tools like Git Hub Copilot and Claude Code and you put your name behind whatever they generate.
  • Uphold strong security and privacy standards across Firebase and Flutter projects.
  • Write clean, well‑tested code and maintain a standard of craft that lifts everyone around you.

Client and Project Collaboration

  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients. Help them translate their vision into clear requirements and keep them well‑informed without overwhelming them.
  • Participate in estimation, track progress against timelines, and surface risks early rather than at deadline.
  • Contribute to technical documentation that actually helps your clients and teammates.
  • Respond to production incidents as they arise. This is an engineering role at a live‑service company; owning the occasional hard moment is part of the job.
