Senior Flutter Developer Mobile 🏆
Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and enhance Flutter/Dart applications across multiple platforms including Windows desktop, Mobile (iOS/Android), and Web (Flutter web apps).
- Revise and expand an existing Flutter codebase to enhance reliability, usability, and performance as we approach project release.
- Create sleek, intuitive UI flows optimized for a touchscreen kiosk environment.
- Integrate Flutter applications with both internal and external APIs, focusing on networking, data, and hardware workflows.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues employing a practical, test-driven approach, particularly with real device situations and edge cases.
- Collaborate with internal teams and occasionally coordinate with external development partners.
- Work closely with QA teams to ensure functionality meets expected quality standards prior to release.
- Draft and maintain clear technical documentation to aid in maintainability and team continuity.
Skills:
- Proven professional experience with Flutter and Dart in production-level applications.
- Background in creating and maintaining customer-centric applications, prioritizing stability, performance, and sound architecture.
- Capable of integrating into an existing project and delivering quick results.
- Strong understanding of API-based development (REST or similar), asynchronous programming, and troubleshooting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Willingness to work in our Addison office a few days each week for hardware workflow testing.
