Responsibilities

We create publications, product discoveries, case studies and also speak at webinars and conferences
Owning and driving the full mobile application lifecycle: planning, architecture, development, release, maintenance, and continuous improvement
Designing and validating high-level system architecture, ensuring scalability, reliability, and long-term maintainability
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver new features and enhancements that support business goals
Leading technical discussions, contributing to system design decisions, and promoting engineering best practices across the team
Reviewing code, mentoring teammates, and helping to establish standards for code quality and architecture

Skills

8+ years of professional engineering experience with a strong mobile development background
Hands-on experience with Flutter in production environments (designing architectures, implementing features, optimizing performance)
Hands-on experience with mobile CI/CD pipelines, automated testing frameworks, or release management workflows
Proven ability to guide and deliver a product throughout the entire mobile lifecycle
Strong, proven skills in high-level architecture and system design for large-scale or complex products
Ability to participate in and lead technical conversations, make informed decisions, and drive architectural direction
Strong communication skills and the ability to work closely with product, UX, backend, and infrastructure teams
