Junior Flutter Developer

Responsibilities

• You will build cross-platform applications (iOS, Android, Web) using Flutter and Dart, contributing to features that drive real outcomes in healthcare
• Build and maintain mobile and web apps using Flutter and Dart
• Collaborate with design and backend teams to deliver intuitive UI/UX
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in production and staging
• Ensure cross-platform performance and compatibility (iOS, Android, Web)
• Write clean, scalable, and testable code with clear documentation
• Support test automation, CI/CD, and releases to app stores and web

Skills

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in Flutter development
• Proficiency in Dart, Flutter framework, and component/state management
• Experience building for iOS, Android, and Web
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, Git, and basic UI/UX principles
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Flutter development experience with 2 or more shipped projects
• Proficiency in Dart, Flutter framework, and component/state management
• Experience building for iOS, Android, and Web
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, Git, and basic UI/UX principles
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Experience with EMR/EHR integrations or workflows
• U.S.-based and U.S. work authorization required
