Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain high-performance mobile applications using Flutter/Dart.
Help architect and scale our mobile platform across public safety, training, compliance, reporting, scheduling, and field operations.
Take features from concept to production — UI/UX, logic, API integration, performance, and deployment.
Integrate Flutter apps with backend services built in .NET/C#, REST APIs, and other internal systems.
Rapidly prototype new ideas and convert high-level requirements into functional, user-ready tools.
Collaborate directly with leadership and product visionaries to define capabilities and user flows for first responders.
Establish best practices, code standards, and mobile architecture patterns.
Mentor junior mobile developers while helping grow the mobile division from the ground up.
Ship products that directly support police, EMS, fire, military units, and public safety professionals in the field.

Skills

Local to Austin, TX — only candidates in driving distance will be considered.
4–7+ years of professional mobile development experience.
2–4+ years of deep experience with Flutter and Dart.
Strong portfolio of polished, high-performance mobile apps.
Experience with Flutter state management (Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, MobX, etc.).
Familiarity with mobile performance optimization, offline caching, local storage, and responsiveness across devices.
Experience integrating with .NET/C# backends and REST APIs.
Comfort working in a fast-moving environment where iteration and execution speed matter.
